Channel Reports in GA4 are a way to group traffic sources into easily readable words. They are more often called Channel Groupings.

What can you use Channel Groupings for?

You’ll find organized data such as Direct, Paid Search, Referrals, Email, and more there.

Using groupings will help you track sales, click-through-rate, interactions, and more on your site.

Where can you find Channel Groupings?

They can be found in the left bar of GA4 in the ‘Acquisition’ tab. Under ‘All Traffic’, you’ll find Channel Grouping in both ‘Channels’ or ‘Treemaps’.
