‘Landing Pages’ have moved in Google Analytics 4. To find them, click on ‘Reports’ in the left menu. When you’re in ‘Reports’, click on ‘Engagement’ drop menu, then ‘Landing Pages’.
Difference between Page vs Landing Page in Google Analytics
While the names are similar, Landing Pages and Pages are different. Pages apply to all your site’s pages.
A Landing Page is the first destination a user lands when they visit the site. For example: If you have an advertisement about your service, the landing page would be the service page.
It’s important to know the difference because landing pages will be optimized differently than a general page.
Knowing where the Landing Pages dashboard is in GA4 will help you optimize pages that make the first impression on users.
